Ege Scholar Journal (ESJ) aims to create a highly cited scholarly academic platform for study, experienced and beginning librarians in academic, corporate and government settings; and they include in economics, business, law, medicine, arts, pedagogy, psychology, leadership, marketing or management all over the world.

ESJ's work is to foster critical debate about economics, law, medicine, the arts, pedagogy, psychology and related fields of study globally. It underlines the importance of discovering and reflecting the interaction of local, regional, national and global contexts and dynamics in the form of strategies and policies of economy, law, medicine, arts, pedagogy, psychology, business, leadership, marketing or management between and across borders. . .

ESJ is concerned with scientific sciences in its broadest sense, including economics, law, medicine, arts, pedagogy, psychology, business, leadership, marketing, as well as people cognitive and metacognitive skills of human resources.

ESJ welcomes papers from all possible, and subjects from authors who study economics, law, medicine, arts, pedagogy, psychology, business, leadership, marketing or management both in theory and in practice, globally.
